Healing Herbs

This course will explore the use of herbs for healing. We will look at the history of herbalism and learn to identify some of the basic herbs that can grow and use. There will be an opportunity to explore the Nature Reserve to find examples of plants, which can be used. We will look at the preparation of simple remedies.
